EXCLUSIVE TO AUSTRALIAN NATURE GUIDES.
Ever looked up at the night sky and wondered what's up there? Bring your curiosity about our place in the universe as we take a casual stroll through the Solar System and the Milky Way using naked eye, binocular, and telescopic observations.
Carnarvon Gorge's remote location offers spectacular views of the Milky Way as we are far from major sources of light pollution. Telescopic viewing targets include open clusters, globular clusters, nebulae, planets, and the moon (targets vary with time of year, moon phase, and planetary orbits).
Please note: All Star Struck Astronomy sessions require a minimum of four participants to run and are weather dependent.
Available: April - September upon request.
Duration: 1.5 hours.
Location: Sandstone Park.
Group size: Min 4 - Max 12. Private bookings are possible for larger groups.
Includes: Use of our telescopes and binoculars.
